Let's get started
If you don't have PSIPHON download HERE
Create New apn
Name: Agborotech or any name of your choice
Apn: web.gprs.mtnnigeria.net
APN type: default
Click back to Save it
Psiphon Settings
Proxy type select ‘‘real host"
Proxy server: http://172.16.5.226/@
Then leave the others and save.
Then click on Option => More options.
Under “proxy settings”
Tick the “connect through an HTTP Proxy” box.
Mark Use the following settings
Host Address: 10.199.212.2
Port: 8080
It has been tested working and confirmed personally by me.
But if it does not work for you know that its a ceat so if it doesn't work for you don't insult anybody pleasease
